The Runnymede on Thames has unveiled a whole host of tempting seasonal offers for the months ahead, from spooky Halloween specials at the Leftbank restaurant to an autumnal afternoon tea and a brand new spa package. Located on the banks of the Thames, just 10 minutes from Windsor, The Runnymede promises an idyllic setting for guests of all ages to enjoy a cozy getaway this autumn or winter. As well as seasonal on-site activities and dining experiences, guests can venture further afield to visit local attractions such as Thorpe Park for one of their fright nights.
Winter Spa Package – Available from November to February
Winter Spa Escape (available from November to February) – Treat yourself or a loved one to an early Christmas treat with The Runnymede’s new Winter Spa Escape. Available from November to February, this indulgent spa package includes a one night stay in a cosy double room, a choice of 40 minute seasonal spa treatments, dinner at Leftbank, full use of the spa facilities and breakfast the following morning. After checking in and making yourself at home, feel your stresses melt away by taking a dip in the indoor swimming pool or Jacuzzi before enjoying your complimentary treatment. Indulge in a delicate seasonal spread with The Runnymede’s new Autumnal Champagne Afternoon Tea. From flavoursome finger sandwiches to picture-perfect cakes and pastries, the menu has been created by Head Pastry Chef, Ahmet Korkut to best showcase local autumnal produce. Expect tasty sandwiches and warm, home-baked scones laden with jam and clotted cream, as well as spiced pumpkin cheesecake and apple compote, prepared using apples from the hotel’s on-site orchard. The new seasonal afternoon tea is served with a complimentary glass of A Robert Rose Champagne.
