This country house is located between the medieval village of Séguret and Vaison-la-Romaine. It offers a luxurious retreat, accommodating up to ten guests across five bedrooms. The home also has a private pool, sauna, tennis court, boules court, and games room.
The villa is owned by the Scottish McKinlay family, who also founded Domaine de Mourchon, an organic winery nearby in the renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape region. Established in 1998 on a terraced hillside vineyard, the estate lacked winemaking facilities, leading to the construction of a state-of-the-art gravity-flow winery completed in 2000. Today, it produces 150,000 bottles annually, combining modern technology with the region’s rich winemaking traditions.

The estate is also home to Domaine du Chat Blanc, a family-run organic vineyard that purchased the land along with an 18th-century farmhouse back in 2018. They transformed it into a hub for organic viticulture with a deep respect for nature and the soil. Today, they produce two reds and a rosé —Cuvée Première, Nouveau Nez, and Bien Nez—while also hosting tastings, concerts, and events at the beautifully renovated estate.

Next door, Château Constantin’s ancient vines are said to trace back to Emperor Constantine. Since acquiring the estate in 2016, Anne Marie, Daniel, and their two daughters have revitalized it. Initially from Marseille, the family, with a background in fruit production, implemented sustainable farming and converted the estate to organic, achieving their first organic-certified harvest in 2020.
