Nevis Takes Center Stage with “The Real Housewives of Potomac: Turning Set-Jetting into Sustainable Tourism

The Caribbean island of Nevis will take center stage this fall as Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Potomac bring their signature mix of friendship, flair, and fun to paradise. The Bravo hit series filmed a three-episode getaway on the island—airing October 26, November 2, and November 9—offering viewers a glimpse into Nevis’s unique blend of luxury, culture, and natural beauty.

During their stay, the Housewives checked into the luxurious Four Seasons Resort Nevis, where they were welcomed at the Resort Pier before settling into the elegant Pinney’s Beach Villas neighborhood. Throughout their visit, the cast experienced some of Nevis’s most beloved landmarks, restaurants, and cultural attractions:

  • Dinner at On the Dune – a refined beachfront dining experience at Four Seasons Resort Nevis.
  • Alexander Hamilton’s Birthplace and the Museum of Nevis History – where the Housewives toured the museum, explored the gift shop, and toasted Hamilton’s legacy with champagne at Café des Arts, located on the museum grounds.
  • Artisan Village – a colorful stop to meet local artists, shop for handmade goods, and enjoy a lively steel pan lesson led by Junior and Ashanti Parris.
  • Sunshine’s Beach Bar & Grill – one of Nevis’s most iconic beach bars, where the Housewives dined, danced, and sang along to island music.
  • Boat Ride aboard the Dan Marie – a scenic voyage across The Narrows, departing from the Four Seasons pier.

“This collaboration with Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Potomac provides an incredible opportunity to showcase Nevis’s beauty, warmth, and authenticity to a global audience,” said Andia Ravariere, CEO of the Nevis Tourism Authority. “From untouched luxury and historic landmarks to local artisans and beachside culture, viewers will see that Nevis truly embodies the best of the Caribbean—unspoiled, sophisticated, and full of heart.”

Premier the Honourable Mark Brantley, Minister of Tourism in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), expressed his satisfaction with the island’s growing visibility in the global entertainment space. “We are pleased that our government’s ongoing efforts to position Nevis as a premier destination for film and television production are bearing fruit,” said Premier Brantley. “Nevis offers an ideal combination of natural beauty and professional support services, making it increasingly attractive to international producers. These productions showcase our hotels, villas, natural landscapes, and coastal scenery—providing invaluable global exposure and tremendous tourism potential. Each project brings significant worldwide attention to the island, helping to tell the Nevis story on an international stage.”

Film Commissioner Pamela Martin also praised the project as an example of the island’s growing reputation as a filming destination. “We’re thrilled to have hosted the cast and crew of The Real Housewives of Potomac here in Nevis,” said Pamela Martin, Film Commissioner for Nevis. “Our goal at the Nevis Film Commission is to make every production seamless, supported, and inspired by the island’s stunning natural setting. From permitting and logistics to local talent coordination, we’re building an ecosystem that welcomes filmmakers while preserving the authentic spirit of Nevis.”
