The celebration begins atop Pom Pom at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, where guests will be welcomed into a decadent, fully immersive evening featuring a world-class culinary journey — from fresh oysters, caviar, and artisanal small plates to premium Tomahawk and Striploin cuts, Smoked Foie Gras, Pani Puri with Crab & Caviar, and Honey Cake crowned with Crème Fraîche & Caviar.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy free-flowing Dom Pérignon champagne, expertly crafted cocktails, and a curated selection of top-shelf spirits. As midnight approaches, the rooftop becomes the island’s premier stage for panoramic fireworks over Seven Mile Beach, framed by striking décor and an energized atmosphere.
