The Historic Canalside Hotel Presents ‘Venice, Written in Love’, a Sensory Series of Romantic Offerings in Celebration of Valentine’s Day

There is nowhere quite like the city of canals when it comes to romance, and with a brand-new selection of couples’ offerings set to launch in time for Valentine’s, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is the perfect setting in which to write visitors’ own love story.

Designed as an ode to all five senses, the ‘Venice, Written in Love’ Valentine’s programme includes a range of bucket-list dining experiences – from a Swan Lake dinner and live ballet performance to in-suite dining – a sumptuous couples’ spa menu and a Valentine’s iteration of Skyline Rooftop Bar’s now iconic mixology afternoon tea. Running from February 13th – 15th 2026, the offering includes:

Dolce Vita Dining

Hilton Molino Stucky Venice will host a wonderfully romantic assortment of dining experiences across Valentine’s weekend, beginning with a truly magical Swan Lake-themed evening on Friday 13th February.  Taking place at the iconic Skyline Rooftop Bar, with its unparalleled views of the city, it will provide a unique opportunity to combine the beauty of one of ballet’s most enchanting stories – a timeless tale of love, betrayal and sacrifice – with a three-course dinner and wine pairings. As couples soak up the dulcet tones of Tchaikovsky and admire the graceful beauty of live violinists and a ballerina performance, they will enjoy a feast for all the senses as they fall in love all over again.

On Valentine’s Day itself, a true gourmet experience awaits, with a very special four-course menu with wine pairings at Aromi, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s fine dining restaurant. Enjoying a peaceful canalside location and spectacular city views within the grounds of the hotel, Aromi is an intimate and elegant restaurant with a range of sumptuous signature dishes. For one night only, lovers will enjoy an exclusive menu by executive chef Ivan Fargnoli, featuring dishes such as calamari tagliolino with ginger dashi, charcoal pasta with yuzu kosho bisque and Mazara del Vallo shrimp, and green apple sablé with confit green apple, calvados and camembert gelato.

Couples staying in the suites who wish to make the very most of their opulent residence can also opt for a full in-room romantic dining experience. This will include a three-course menu featuring indulgent dishes such as a sumptuous seafood platter with oysters, prawns, langoustine, salmon and seabass tartare and caviar, followed by half Boston lobster with lobster bisque, potato fondant and razor clams and a yoghurt and white chocolate cream dessert with raspberry gel and vanilla crumble. The ultimate option for the couple that has tasted it all, the experience comes complete with wine pairings, candles, floral décor and private violinist* – that’s amore!

Mixology Valentine’s Afternoon Tea

Valentine’s weekend will see the award-winning Skyline Rooftop Bar reveal a special edition of its much-loved ‘mixology afternoon tea’, available exclusively on February 14th and 15th  2026. Comprising a romance-themed cocktail flight of four mini ‘love potion’ cocktails paired with savoury bites, sweet treats and freshly baked scones by Pastry Chef Chiara Abate, it provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate with the person who means the most, while taking in the city’s enchanting winter skyline.

Couples will enjoy dolci including white chocolate bon bons with pomegranate mousse and sage, strawberry and ginger madeleines and dark chocolate brownies with tonka chantilly, followed by a selection of mixed scones. A savoury course will follow, with delectable bites such as crab salad tartlets, cucumber and dill Greek yoghurt with salmon caviar and focaccia with grilled octopus and activated carbon, finishing with a sharing fruit platter.

Guests will choose a cocktail from a special selection of four creations inspired by the emotions and colours of love. The brainchild of Bar Manager Valentina Mircea and her talented brigade, the menu includes:

Light Reflection – First Glance

Mancino Sakura Vermouth| Sospiri Bitter | Pomegranate-Infused Ki No Tea Japanese Gin | Pomegranate Peel & Jasmine Tea Soda
Like a fleeting glimmer caught on glass, this cocktail reveals itself gently: floral and luminous with a pale red hue, then quietly tense beneath the surface. Pomegranate peel and jasmine tea soda keep the drink aromatic and dry rather than fruity, allowing red to exist only as a reflection. Bitterness emerges delicately, acidity sharpens the profile, and the finish fades quickly, with nothing fully declared.

Midday Reflection – Open Heart

London Dry Gin | Sospiri Bitter | Mancino Sakura Vermouth | Pomegranate Juice
Thanks to a heady combination of pomegranate and dry gin, this cocktail speaks with structure and confidence, with a deep red colour and full body. Bitter and wine-like at its core, it is structured and dry, with a finish that lingers on the palate.

Dark Reflection – Deep Passion

Ki No Tea Japanese Dry Gin | Sospiri Bitter | Mancino Sakura Vermouth | Pomegranate Molasses | Fino Sherry
In this violet love potion, red deepens and compresses. What was once visible becomes dense. Pomegranate molasses concentrates sweetness and acidity. Navy-strength gin tightens the structure, while fino sherry adds dryness and depth, extending the bitterness and leaving a taste that resonates.

Love’s Sigh

Butterfly Pea Flower Infusion | White Grape Juice | Lemon | Lavender Syrup | Soda Water
A whisper of romance in a glass, this non-alcoholic cocktail flutters with light citrus and violet notes. Softly floral at its heart and sparkling at the finish, it fades like a shy infatuation, delicate and ethereal.

Couples’ Spa Treatments

Sweethearts in search of true relaxation à deux can enjoy a selection of special Valentine’s spa treatments, available at the spoiling eForea Spa or in-room for an extra indulgent treat. The treatments, which are exclusively available on Valentine’s weekend, include:

Clients will then enjoy double cleansing, an enzymatic exfoliation with chamomile pearled gelée, and a revitalising facial massage with rose-scented serum and cream. The treatment concludes with an illuminating mask with honey and rose petals, leaving guests perfectly polished and ready for a romantic evening ahead.

  • Nourishing Embrace Massage (50 minutes)

The ultimate couples’ massage to be enjoyed either in the sanctuary of guests’ own room or at the spa, the treatment begins with a warm oat milk foot mask, before a top-to-toe massage with shea butter and coconut.

  • Eternal Balance Ritual (50 minutes)

One for the couple that can’t bear to tear themselves away from the luxury of their Presidential or Tower Suite, this full-body ritual provides a sumptuously relaxing massage that harnesses the power of white rose oil. Designed to restore the balance of body and mind, it concludes with a warm oat milk and rose footbath. Bliss!
