After a brief pause last year, Beyond Blue is officially returning this spring, inviting travelers, divers, and ocean advocates to experience Belize through one of the region’s most immersive and meaningful dive events. Beyond Blue: The Belize Sustainable Dive Experience 2026 will take place April 22–25, 2026, in San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye.
Designed as a three-day, high-touch dive summit, Beyond Blue celebrates Belize’s extraordinary marine ecosystems and its global leadership in sustainable diving and ocean conservation. The experience is intentionally intimate, bringing together a small group of divers, media, content creators, conservation leaders, and tourism partners for a deeper, more purposeful connection to the destination.
At the heart of the program is a true bucket-list moment: a guided dive at the legendary Great Blue Hole, one of the world’s most iconic underwater sites. With extremely limited availability, this once-in-a-lifetime dive is paired with explorations of Belize’s protected reef systems, including Hol Chan Marine Reserve and The Wit, offering participants first-hand insight into conservation efforts in action.
Beyond the dives, evenings are dedicated to connection and storytelling. Curated cocktail gatherings create space for meaningful conversations around sustainability, exploration, and the future of responsible marine tourism—set against the laid-back luxury of Ambergris Caye.
Attendance is deliberately limited to preserve the quality of the experience, and media are being invited to help share the story—whether through a feature, event listing, or social coverage—for travelers dreaming of discovering Belize through a truly one-of-a-kind dive event.

Why This Matters: Diving With Purpose in Belize
Beyond Blue goes beyond bucket-list diving. The experience highlights Belize’s long-standing commitment to marine conservation, from protected reef systems to community-led stewardship that safeguards one of the healthiest coral ecosystems in the Caribbean. By limiting group sizes and prioritizing education, Beyond Blue encourages responsible exploration while supporting local conservation efforts, sustainable dive operators, and long-term ocean protection. For travelers seeking meaningful experiences, this is an opportunity to dive with intention—where unforgettable moments beneath the surface also contribute to preserving Belize’s marine environment for generations to come.
