Coquillade Provence, the 69-room resort housed in an 11th century hamlet overlooking the Luberon Regional Natural Park, will reopen for the 2026 season on March 19. Set across 104 acres of its own vineyards, lavender fields, olive groves, and wooded trails, the property welcomes guests back with a refreshed calendar of experiences inspired by its enduring spirit: Le Vin. Le Vélo. La Vie.
Havingretained its Michelin Key for a second consecutive year, Coquillade enters the new season with new programming spanning wellness, cycling, family experiences, and wine-led encounters that invite guests to engage with the rhythms of Provence.
WHAT’S NEW THIS SEASON:
Wellness & Restoration in Nature
The 21,500-square-foot Coquillade Spa expands its offerings this season with new programs rooted in botanical wellness and recovery. Beginning this year, myBlend joins Tata Harper as an official spa partner, introducing new treatments alongside the spa’s existing vinotherapy and lavender-based rituals.
Seasonal wellness experiences include forest bathing in the estate’s pine groves, outdoor breathwork and gentle movement among the vineyards, and recovery-focused spa rituals designed to support rest and regeneration.
The season will also include Coquillade Vitalité, a dedicated wellness immersion retreat taking place October 18–21 focused on movement, recovery, and holistic wellbeing.
A Family Wellness Experience: Provençal Apothecary for the Next Generation
New this season, Coquillade introduces a family experience inspired by the botanical traditions of Provence. Rather than traditional spa treatments for children, the program invites families into a living apothecary where scent, minerals, herbs, and simple rituals become tools for discovery and relaxation. Also included are botanical walks through the estate gardens, scent workshops where families create herbal mists, mineral salt rituals, gentle movement in the vineyards, and a calming evening sleep ceremony inspired by Provençal wellness traditions.
Cycling and Active Pursuits in the Luberon
Cycling remains central to the Coquillade experience. The estate’s Cycling Centre, equipped with premium BMC bicycles, offers guided routes through vineyards, hilltop villages, and scenic mountain roads. Highlights this season include new Ride the Luberon cycling itineraries and special programming surrounding the return of Mont Ventoux during the Tour de France on July 15 with packages for two as well as groups of five and ten.
Guests can also enjoy tennis, pétanque, hiking, and trail running routes across the estate and surrounding countryside.
Wine and Gastronomy
Wine and dining remain central to the Coquillade experience. At the heart of the estate lies Domaine de la Coquillade, an organic vineyard within the AOP Ventoux appellation of the Rhône Valley at the foothills of Mont Ventoux, where altitude and cooling conditions shape wines known for freshness and balance.
New in 2026, the estate will introduce PURE, a new collection debuting at Wine Paris, with inaugural releases including Pinotin, Grenache Blanc, and Cinsault, crafted to highlight freshness, minerality, and purity of fruit.
Across the estate’s restaurants, Les Vignes & Son Jardin introduces a convivial sharing concept centered around carved meats and fish with local vegetables, while Cipressa embraces a distinctly Italian identity with wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas and classic Italian cuisine. Guests may also enjoy vineyard picnics and private dining experiences across the estate.
The estate will also host a Winemakers Weekend from October 2–4, featuring tastings, vineyard experiences, and special dinners celebrating the wines of Domaine de la Coquillade.
Cultural Immersions
New cultural experiences invite guests to engage with the living traditions of Provence through hands-on encounters with local artisans including ceramics makers in Apt, wood turners, and basket weavers.
The Living Arts at Coquillade series returns with seasonal performances celebrating music, dance and theatrical shows inspired by the cultural spirit of the region.
Pet-Friendly Travel
With the launch of Companions Welcome, Coquillade introduces thoughtful amenities for guests traveling with dogs, including walking maps across the estate, gifts, organic treats and a playful “K9 Sommelier” menu designed for canine companions.
Private Experiences
Through the hotel’s Clefs d’Or concierge team, guests can discover the Luberon through a collection of bespoke experiences—from private vineyard tastings and lavender distillery visits to canoe excursions along the Sorgue River, exploration of the region’s ochre mines, and cultural visits to landmarks such as the Abbey of Sénanque. With deep local knowledge and privileged access to hidden venues and artisans, the concierge crafts itineraries that reveal Provence beyond the guidebooks.
Milestone Celebrations and Private Events
With vineyards, terraces, gardens, and historic courtyards across the estate, Coquillade Provence offers a range of venues for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and private gatherings. From intimate proposals and vineyard dinners to multi-day wedding celebrations and full estate privatizations, the setting lends itself to moments shared with family and friends in the heart of Provence.
