Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor will join hands with Siso, a popular artisan bakery in the Cambodian capital, to offer an exclusive Champagne brunch in celebration of Easter Sunday on April 5.
Siso, which specialises in Japanese-French-inspired cakes and patisseries crafted with top-quality fresh ingredients, will present a range of delectable treats, including lemon yuzu eclairs, spiced carrot pineapple tart, triple chocolate crunch cake, strawberry milk tart, and more. Siso Bakery is one of Phnom Penh’s most beloved pastry cafes and recently added a location at the city’s new Techo International Airport.
The Champagne Brunch with Siso will be held at the hotel’s Cafe d’Angkor, which hosts Siem Reap’s most anticipated monthly brunch offering. It will be priced at $60++ per person, with an additional $35++ for unlimited Champagne, and served from 12pm to 3pm.
Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor’s newly appointed Executive Chef Memo Hernandez will oversee the culinary side of the exclusive Easter brunch menu.
“I’m honoured to work alongside our local partners and to draw inspiration from Cambodia’s exceptional fresh produce. This journey of discovery on Easter Sunday, within our thriving culinary and beverage scene, is one I’m truly excited to continue,” Chef Memo said.
Chef Memo, who joined Raffles last month, leads the culinary teams at Cafe d’Angkor; 1932, the hotel’s acclaimed Khmer fine-dining restaurant; The Conservatory, the elegant home to Raffles’ famed Afternoon Tea; and the hotel’s renowned banquet service.
