The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival will return December 10–13, 2026, bringing four days of chef collaborations, wine tastings, cooking classes, brunches, and waterfront celebrations to venues across Palm Beach County.
Now entering its 19th year, the festival will feature 24 events, including several longtime favorites and four new culinary experiences. Guests can expect appearances by internationally recognized chefs, celebrated restaurateurs, winemakers, and sommeliers, culminating in the festival’s signature Grand Tasting.
Presented by RBC Wealth Management in partnership with Wine Spectator, the annual celebration has become one of South Florida’s most anticipated culinary events. This year’s program ranges from intimate multicourse dinners to lively poolside tastings, hands-on cooking classes, and immersive themed gatherings.
New Experiences Join the 2026 Festival
Four experiences will make their festival debuts in 2026, adding new flavors and formats to the four-day schedule.
Brennan’s, the legendary New Orleans restaurant, will celebrate its 80th anniversary with a two-day brunch pop-up at Pistache French Bistro. Hosted by Ralph Brennan, the event will bring together Brennan’s chef Kris Padalino and Pistache chef Benoit Delos for a menu inspired by the restaurant’s Creole heritage and distinctive New Orleans hospitality.
At the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, acclaimed chef Mauro Colagreco will lead Cooking with Mauro, an intimate, hands-on class at Florie’s. Participants will work alongside the chef while preparing dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavors and South Florida’s seasonal ingredients. The class concludes with a shared meal in Florie’s alfresco setting.
Arthur & Sons’ Disco Brunch will combine creative brunch dishes, cocktails, music, and plenty of retro energy. Chef Joe Isidori will be joined by Franklin Becker, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Michael Schwartz for one of the weekend’s liveliest new gatherings.
The fourth debut, Maneet’s Bollywood Experience, will transform Ela Curry & Cocktails into an immersive celebration of Indian cuisine, music, and dance. Chefs Maneet Chauhan and Pushkar Marathe will present a menu showcasing aromatic spices, curries, freshly baked breads, and layered regional flavors, accompanied by wines from Revana Winery.

Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Christopher Zabita will welcome Marc Forgione, Bryan Forgione, Larry Forgione, Mauro Colagreco, and Robert Irvine for a walk-around brunch featuring both classic and inventive dishes.
The garden setting, handcrafted cocktails, and carefully selected wines have helped make Daniel & Friends one of the festival’s most enduring traditions.
Grand Tasting Closes the Festival
The 19th annual Grand Tasting will conclude the weekend at the Palm Beach County Convention Center on Sunday, December 13.
More than 50 South Florida chefs and restaurants are expected to participate, serving dishes and desserts alongside more than 100 wines rated 90 points or higher by Wine Spectator. Craft spirits and additional beverage tastings will also be available.
The Grand Chef Throwdown will return as part of the afternoon’s entertainment. Four local chefs will compete in front of a panel that includes Maneet Chauhan, Tiffani Faison, and Robert Irvine. The winning chef will receive a charitable prize benefiting a local organization.
Supporting Els for Autism
For the fourth consecutive year, the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival will donate a portion of its proceeds to the Els for Autism Foundation.
Founded to support people with autism spectrum disorder and their families, the nonprofit provides programs and services through its global initiatives and its campus in Jupiter, Florida.
The partnership adds a charitable component to a festival built around food, wine, collaboration, and the hospitality of The Palm Beaches.
The 2026 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival takes place December 10–13 at restaurants, resorts, and event venues throughout Palm Beach County. Event information and tickets are available through the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival website.
