The luxury villa rental and property management brand launched its Saint-Barthélemy collection in September 2026. Founded in Saint-Tropez in 2017, Bo House has built a portfolio of villas and chalets around Saint-Tropez Bay, Courchevel and Méribel. St. Barts is its first destination outside Europe.

Axel Rocks sits above Gustavia, close enough to walk to the town’s shops, restaurants and Shell Beach. Spread across two levels linked by a glass staircase, the villa opens onto a pool terrace with ocean views. Four suites face the water, while a separate fifth bedroom is intended for staff. A heated pool, wine cellar, gym and games room give guests reasons to spend time at home between outings.
Its location may be the biggest draw for travelers who want the freedom to dine in Gustavia without making every evening an excursion. Spend the afternoon beside the pool, walk into town for dinner and return to the quieter hillside afterward.
Beach days at Lorient
Maverick takes the experience to the sand. Set directly on Lorient Beach, a well-known surf spot, the four-bedroom villa pairs a relaxed coastal feel with an infinity pool facing the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, making it a practical choice for two families or a group of friends traveling together.
With the beach at the doorstep, days can start with a swim or a look at the surf before anyone has made a plan. Saint-Jean and Gustavia are a short drive away when guests want a change of scene.
Space to settle in at Lurin
For a larger group, Blanc Bleu has six bedroom suites in the hills of Lurin. Its white and blue interiors open onto expansive terraces, an infinity pool and a secluded hot tub. The property also has a private padel court and fitness studio, giving guests room to balance active mornings with afternoons at the villa.
