EXPLORA I is heading back to Monaco for Formula 1’s Riviera weekend. Explora Journeys has opened reservations for stays aboard the ship in Port Hercule from June 2 to 7, 2027. The Monaco Grand Prix weekend runs June 4–6, with the race scheduled for Sunday, June 6.
A harbor stay for race weekend
Explora Journeys says EXPLORA I will berth about 150 meters from the circuit. Guests can spend time in Monte Carlo and return to the ship between outings, with an oceanfront suite and private terrace as their base. Onboard facilities include six restaurants, 12 bars and lounges, and spa and fitness areas.

Choose the right race access
Reservations are open for a suite-only stay or a suite paired with three-day Grandstand access for Formula 1 sessions from Friday through Sunday. Travelers should check the distinction before booking: the suite-only option does not include race admission. The Grandstand option does not include Paddock Club access.
Explora Journeys plans to open reservations for suites with three-day F1 Paddock Club hospitality later. Proposed features include race viewing, dining and pit-lane walks, subject to the final package details. Travelers can register their interest with Explora Journeys.

Extend the trip through the Mediterranean
Travelers can make the Monaco stay part of a longer sailing. Explora Journeys lists a Rome to Monaco voyage from May 24 to June 7 and a Monaco to Barcelona voyage from June 2 to 14. A combined Rome to Barcelona journey from May 24 to June 14 places the Grand Prix between the two legs.
