Explore More Caribbean Islands with Virgin Atlantic’s New Flight Connections

Virgin Atlantic is strengthening its commitment to the Caribbean, unveiling new and expanded partnerships that give customers even more choice and flexibility when exploring the region.

From 4th November, Virgin Atlantic will launch a new interline agreement with InterCaribbean Airways, offering seamless connections to 11 stunning destinations across the Caribbean. This includes new links from Barbados and Antigua to islands such as Dominica, St Lucia, St Kitts, Grenada, Kingston, and Turks & Caicos, as well as onward travel to Georgetown, Guyana – a route long requested by customers.

From 1 November, the airline will also expand its existing partnership with Caribbean Airlines, connecting travellers to 16 destinations across the region, including new routes from Barbados and Antigua to Beef Island and San Juan.

In addition to these partnerships, Virgin Atlantic’s own inter-island services will increase this winter, with flights between Barbados, Grenada, and St Vincent and the Grenadines rising from two to three times per week. All inter-island flying will be operated by Virgin Atlantic’s newest aircraft, the Airbus A330-900neo, allowing customers to island hop in style and comfort.

Customers connecting through the Caribbean will also benefit from Through Check-In, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey with luggage checked through to their final destination.

Juha Jaervinen, Chief Commercial Officer, Virgin Atlantic said: “The Caribbean has always been a cornerstone of Virgin Atlantic’s network and we’re delighted to make it easier than ever for our customers to explore this incredible region. By partnering with leading regional airlines, we’re expanding our footprint, improving connectivity and offering the seamless Virgin Atlantic experience customers know and love from London all the way to their final island destination.”

Virgin Atlantic offers direct Caribbean services from London Heathrow and Manchester to Barbados flying up to three times a day in the winter season as well as services to Antigua, and Montego Bay and beyond via partnerships with InterCaribbean, Caribbean Airlines, Bahamas Air and Cayman Airways.
