Inviting guests for an enchanting escape within a sophisticated canal-side setting, the iconic property on Giudecca island will lay on a series of opulent offerings, from seasonal spa treatments to live music, Italian-style festive banquets, mixology festive afternoon tea and a roaring 20s-themed New Year’s Eve party to remember.

Festive Feasting
Family-style feasting lies at the heart of every Italian Christmas, and Hilton Molino Stucky will celebrate this cherished tradition with an authentic Venetian twist on festive dining.
The celebrations begin on Christmas Eve, when Rialto restaurant will host a traditional festive feast for all the family, served alongside live Christmas carols, jazz and soul. Christmas Eve – Boxing Day at Bacaromi restaurant will see guests dine on authentic Venetian flavours that evoke the warmth and conviviality of a true local Christmas. Later that week, the New Year’s buffet at Il Molino restaurant is the perfect celebratory choice for those wishing to enjoy a delectable array of cuisines, with free-flowing selected wines throughout. Meanwhile, a New Year’s reservation at Rialto will feature an à la carte menu of Italian and international cuisine, alongside a live performance from a local musical duo.
For those who have tasted it all (until now!) a seven-course New Year’s Eve gala dinner with the finest Italian and French wine pairings at Chef Ivan Fargnoli’s Aromi restaurant awaits. Guests will enjoy sumptuous dishes including scallop and calamansi with a beurre blanc and herring caviar, pigeon breast with foie gras and a mandarin sablé and mousse dessert with almond praline, all accompanied by a live harpist.
For a Twixmas treat on 27th December, Chef Ivan Fargnoli will host a ‘Shimmering Fine Dining’ four-course feast at Aromi, just the ticket for making that suspended time between Christmas and New Year even more magical. With dishes including deer carpaccio, pan-fried lamb loin with truffle sauce and potato fondant, and black cherry namelaka, guests will enjoy a night to remember while soaking up the sounds of a live acoustic performance.
From 8th December and throughout the festive season, cocktail lovers with a sweet tooth can also enjoy a very special Mixology Festive Tea at Skyline bar. Featuring a cocktail flight of four mini cocktails paired with savoury bites, sweet treats and freshly baked scones by Pastry Chef Chiara Abate, it provides guests with the perfect opportunity to celebrate with their nearest and dearest while taking in the city’s enchanting winter skyline.
Guests can even take slice of festive wonder home with them this year, with esteemed pastry chef Chiara Abate’s homemade panettone shop, where guests can sample and purchase chef’s deliciously authentic take on the Italian Christmas staple.
Exclusive Entertainment
It wouldn’t be the most wonderful time of the year without live music, dancing and an aperitivo (or two!), and guests of Hilton Molino Stucky can expect a sensational line-up this season.
Live music at Rialto restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights from 1st November will delight families, couples and friends alike with an unforgettable evening of festive tunes. Aperitivo in hand, guests will enjoy the harmonious atmosphere as they soak up the dulcet tones of the city’s finest musicians.
On New Year’s Eve, Skyline Rooftop Bar – the highest rooftop bar in all of Venice – will host the most glamourous event in town, a Roaring 20s-themed New Year’s Eve bash. Featuring sparkling lights, live jazz, a world-class DJ set and the best view in the city to watch the fireworks, guests can immerse themselves in the glamour of bygone days and indulge in a variety of table and drinks packages including everything from decadent Champagne to refreshing vodka and gin.
On the big night itself and throughout the Christmas season, Skyline’s talented team of mixologists will be whipping up a variety of hot and cold cocktails featuring festive ingredients – just the thing for warming up under the sparkling skies above!

Formerly a flour mill factory on the peaceful island of Giudecca, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is a modern Venetian masterpiece steeped in history. This listed building has been beautifully restored with a series of recent refurbishments, including 45 new suites by famed interior designer Biagio Forino unveiled in April 2024.
