A New Menu for Bacaromi

This Autumn, Chef Ivan Fargnoli and his talented brigade will serve up a slice of authenticity at Bacaromi, a contemporary take on the typical Venetian bacaro (a simple neighbourhood bar, where locals catch up over cicchetti and a glass or two of wine). The menu offers elevated interpretations of Venice’s best-loved dishes, from handmade pasta and creamy risotto to the finest cuts of meat and fish, all served alongside a carefully curated selection of local wines and craft beers.

A selection of new, warming seasonal dishes* join the menu this Autumn, including ravioli stuffed with pumpkin, parmesan fondue and amaretti cookies, venetian-style liver with polenta, and bigoli pasta – the signature pasta shape of the city of canals.

Rustic, characterful décor evokes the warming atmosphere of a bacaro as soon as diners set foot in Baracomi, with antiques and curiosities adorning the walls and colourful mosaic tiled flooring. The original cast-iron pillars and exposed brick walls of the former flour mill conjure a sense of yesteryear while unique artisan lamps provide warmth and conviviality. Weather-permitting, guests can also opt to dine al-fresco on Bacaromi’s magnificent canal-side outdoor terrace for a spot of people – and boat – watching!

An Autumnal Renewal at Eforea Spa

Enjoying its own private entrance within the grounds of Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, eforea Spa has set the bar for wellness in the city and is a firm favourite of guests and locals alike. A relaxing hideaway overlooking the hotel’s garden, the spa includes a relaxation room, two fitness spaces with gym equipment, a sauna, a steam bath and therapeutic jacuzzi, with spa access available to book from 40 euros per person (aged 16+) for two hours. New for Autumn 2025, the spa has launched two new treatments designed to provide a new season reset and prepare the body and soul for the winter ahead. These include:

  • Lavender Ritual, €100 for 50 minutes

This full body massage harnesses the deeply relaxing power of lavender essential oil to improve sleep quality, which can be disrupted by the changing of the seasons and daylight-saving time. The ritual begins with a top-to-toe massage to soothe aching muscles and combat inflammation, followed by a restorative scalp massage using a special brush to ease tension and enhance relaxation.

  • Autumn Glow Express Facial, €60 for 25 minutes

An express 25-minute facial designed to hydrate and illuminate, the Autumn Glow is the perfect antidote to months of summer sun exposure and the skin concerns – such as dryness and irritation – this can cause. Incorporating a double cleanse, toner, exfoliation and flash mask – also applied to the eye contour area to help reduce puffiness – the treatment concludes with a deeply hydrating cream application. With strawberry extract to help restore vitality and brightness, clients are left with a healthy, radiant complexion.

Activities in the City

For guests who wish to venture beyond the oasis of Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, the city offers a variety of autumnal events and experiences through October and beyond, with the hotel concierge on hand to arrange transport, tickets and more for guests.

Art and design lovers are in for a season full of fairs and exhibitions, kicking off with the Venice Design Week from 11th – 19th October. Guests staying from now until 23rd November will also have the chance to experience the 19th edition of the iconic Biennale Architettura di Venezia 2025, which this year has been curated by the architect and engineer Carlo Ratti.

On 26th October, keen runners who like to pair their races with a spot of sightseeing can partake in one of the world’s most iconic marathons, the Venice Marathon. A generally flat, fast course, runners can chase PBs as they soak up the views of landmarks including the Grand Canal, Piazza San Marco and Villa Pisani.

Formerly a flour mill factory on the peaceful island of Giudecca, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is a modern Venetian masterpiece steeped in history. This listed building has been beautifully restored with a series of recent refurbishments, including 24 new suites by famed interior designer Biagio Forino unveiled in April 2024. After arriving by water taxi, guests will be spoiled for choice with 379 rooms and suites, one of the largest spas in Venice, and a collection of bars and restaurants. Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is home to one of two eforea Spas in Italy; the other eforea Spa location is available at sister property Hilton Lake Como.
