The Headland’s seaside village of luxury self-catering Cornish seaside cottages is re-opening to guests from 12th April.

Located just a stone’s throw away from the Atlantic Ocean, the 39 five-star, cottages are set upon a sunset view cliff-top, overlooking the famous waves of Little Fistral Beach.

Iconic and individual, each of the beachside retreats offers the very best in relaxed coastal lifestyle. Many enjoy stunning ocean views, and all contain the cosy comforts of huge squashy sofas and bright interiors.

Catering for couples, families and friends, the one, two and three-bedroom cottages provide all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the beach with all the facilities of a five-star hotel on your doorstep.

Every property benefits from unlimited use of the award winning Aqua Club with its six indoor and outdoor pools, including the heated sunset spa, edge pool and vitality pool as well as the sun terrace. The five-bubble rated Spa will be open for relaxing treatments together with the Headland gym facilities in the hotel. (These facilities are all open for guest use from the 12 April).

Accommodating up to eight guests, the three-bedroom cottages are perfect for family getaways with well-equipped kitchens, dining areas, contemporary en-suite bedrooms, outdoor decks or grassy areas, large living rooms and entertainment systems.

There’s a welcome tray of Cornish treats on arrival, and all the cottages are dog friendly which makes for the perfect haven to rest those tired paws after an action-packed day.

Guests can choose from sea or village view cottages, and new last year were the Aqua cottages complete with private hot tubs in their sunny sheltered gardens

From its high vantage point, The Headland overlooks Newquay Bay and its seven famous beaches, with panoramic views towards Padstow in one direction, and Poldark’s Holywell Bay in the other.

Guests can explore the dramatic coastal paths and enjoy a range of outdoor activities on dog friendly Fistral Beach; such as bodyboarding, surfing, paddle boarding, coasteering with Dom’s in house Surf Sanctuary, family beach games, or diving – all under the reassuring eye of RNLI lifeguards.
