Part of The Absolute Group, Asia’s only fully integrated health, wellness and fitness concept, Absolute Sanctuary has been at the forefront of the yoga teacher training and retreat scene for over a decade. The award-winning resort is now expanding on this, leveraging its wealth of experience and expertise to launch RETREATS BY ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY.
RETREATS BY ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY will offer 3 genres of Retreats: Themed Retreats, “S” Retreats and an International Guest Expert Series. Themed retreats are specially curated wellness retreats run by Absolute Sanctuary’s team of instructors and wellness specialists, each highlighting the signature essences of the resort such as a Yoga & Pilates retreat, Women’s Empowerment Retreat, Pilates Immersion and a Heart Opening Retreat. “S” retreats is a comprehensive retreat based on Absolute Group’s “ S” innovative concept of Stretch, Sculpt, Strengthen and Sweat uniquely crafted to tone and strengthen the body effectively. With its International Guest Expert Retreat Series, the team at Absolute Sanctuary will be collaborating with renowned Yoga, Pilates and Wellness experts and gurus to provide a platform for them to share and impart their knowledge with avid students and participants.
“Our expertise in handling retreats has seen us hosting more than 100 retreats & yoga teacher training since 2008, amongst which are well-known gurus and trainers such as Briohny & Dice, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers and Stephen Thomas. Launching our own retreats and expanding from Yoga retreats to other realms of wellness is a natural progression in our mission to offer authentic immersive wellness experiences, the benefits of which will last a lifetime,” explains founder Ms Benjaporn Karoonkornsakul.
Retreat participants can look forward to an unparalleled experience optimized by cutting-edge retreat facilities including 2 world-class yoga studios, a group Pilates reformer studio, a state of the art private Pilates studio, a fully-equipped fitness studio and outdoor activity areas among others to support them during their retreat journey. Not to forget, food served at retreats will be catered by the resort’s The Love Kitchen restaurant, a testimony that healthy food can be deliciously satisfying.
