The Must Visit Foodie Festival Of The Year – St Barth Gourmet Festival, November 2025

From Monday, November 3rd to Friday, November 7th, 2025, St Barth will once again host the Gourmet Festival—now in its 12th year. The event brings Michelin-starred chefs to the island for a week of exceptional dining, turning the Caribbean’s chicest destination into a global culinary hotspot.

Scheduled just before the high season kicks off, early November offers the perfect backdrop for the festival: sunny skies, warm seas, and a relaxed yet vibrant vibe that captures St Barth at its best.

A major highlight this year is the debut of Bar des Prés Saint-Barth, the latest outpost by acclaimed French chef Cyril Lignac. Following successes in Paris, London, and Dubai, Lignac brings his signature blend of refined sushi and modern French technique to the Caribbean. The restaurant will open for the 2025 winter season and is poised to become one of the island’s standout culinary destinations.

At Bar des Prés, guests can look forward to dishes like sashimi with delicate precision, Lignac’s signature Crispy Galette with crab, passionfruit-vanilla profiteroles, and a curated selection of Japanese whiskies—all served with sweeping views over Gustavia Bay.

“Saint Barth is all about understated luxury—clear blue waters, a festive spirit, and a global crowd,” says Lignac. “Opening a restaurant here means creating for the world, in a setting that feels both mythical and deeply authentic.”

The Gourmet Festival continues to evolve with each passing year, spotlighting St Barth’s thriving restaurant scene and welcoming food lovers from around the world. Previous editions have featured chefs with three Michelin stars and Relais & Châteaux pedigree, collaborating with local kitchens to create exclusive tasting menus and one-night-only pop-ups.

The 2025 chef roster will be announced soon, but expectations are already high. This year’s event promises bold new talent, international flavor, and unforgettable dinners at some of the island’s most iconic venues.
