Byakko and Ora Bar & Lounge: This winter, Six Senses Crans-Montana unveiled a new culinary chapter with two reimagined venues. Byakko, led by Executive Chef Yukta Ghale, offers refined Japanese cuisine in a serene, contemporary setting, showcasing seasonal ingredients and artisanal technique. Gondola Awakening: With the new Gondola Awakening experience, guests begin their day with a basket of hot drinks, energy balls, and mini Viennoiseries as they board the gondola taking them up to the top of the Swiss Alps. At the summit, advanced skiers can take First Tracks on pristine slopes to get the first runs of the day in or join a Summit Yoga & Mindful Breathing session at sunrise overlooking the Alps.
