Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Koh Samui is bringing a full calendar of culinary collaborations, wellness activities and lifestyle events to its beachfront home on Lipa Noi Beach.
Running through September 2026, the seasonal program brings together Thai and international brands, including Bangkok’s Fatboy Izakaya, Lancaster Sun Beauty and Roxy Thailand. Guests can expect Japanese-inspired dining, live music, beachfront markets, fitness sessions and restorative wellness experiences.
Set on Koh Samui’s quieter west coast, Nikki Beach combines a luxury resort with one of the island’s best-known beach clubs. The new events provide additional reasons for resort guests and day visitors to experience the property during the summer and early autumn.
Fatboy Izakaya Brings Japanese Flavours to Koh Samui
The season’s headline culinary event is a three-day collaboration with Fatboy Izakaya, taking place from July 31 to August 2.
It will be the Bangkok restaurant’s first pop-up on Koh Samui, bringing its contemporary interpretation of Japanese izakaya culture to the beach. The program includes sushi, Japanese-inspired specialties, live cooking stations, handcrafted cocktails and entertainment from resident and guest DJs.
The collaboration concludes with a Fatboy Izakaya edition of Nikki Beach’s Amazing Sundays Brunch on August 2. A dedicated Fatboy section will introduce brunch guests to the restaurant’s signature dishes alongside established Nikki Beach favourites.
Rather than replicating the atmosphere of the Bangkok restaurant, the pop-up adapts Fatboy Izakaya’s energetic style to a relaxed island setting. Guests can move between dining, music and beach-club activities throughout the afternoon.
Lancaster Beauty Arrives Poolside
Nikki Beach has also partnered with Lancaster Beauty for a poolside activation running from July 10 to August 9.
The collaboration focuses on sun care, an especially relevant subject for visitors spending long days beside the pool or on the beach. Guests can discover Lancaster Sun Beauty products through complimentary touch-ups, sampling and giveaways offered around the property.
The partnership complements Nikki Beach’s emphasis on outdoor living, although travellers should continue to follow standard sun-safety practices. Using broad-spectrum sunscreen, seeking shade during the strongest midday sun and reapplying protection after swimming remain important in Koh Samui’s tropical climate.
Bazaar by the Beach Celebrates Thailand
On August 15, Bazaar by the Beach will transform the beach club into a colourful open-air marketplace inspired by Thailand’s food, fashion and social energy.
Curated stalls will offer Nikki Beach merchandise and other lifestyle finds, while a festival-style beauty station will provide an added touch of glamour. Roaming bites, grilled smash burgers, live DJs and beachfront entertainment will carry the event from golden hour into the evening.
The bazaar format is intended to create a more casual, interactive experience than a traditional seated event. Guests will be able to browse, dine and move between different activities while enjoying sunset views across the Gulf of Thailand.
Wellness Reset with Roxy Thailand
Wellness becomes the focus on September 9 with Wellness Reset with Roxy, an all-day collaboration between Nikki Beach and Roxy Thailand.
The schedule will combine panel discussions with high-intensity interval training, paddleboard yoga, recovery experiences and wellness-focused dining. The program is designed around movement, confidence and community, with activities taking place on and beside the water.

Roxy will maintain an on-site retail pop-up throughout September. Eight specially designed Roxy sunbeds will also be available during the month.
