From now until Sunday, April 26th, 2026, in the heart of the Eternal City, just steps away from the Pantheon, Orient Express La Minerva, will host a special collaboration celebrating Italian hospitality through a new culinary journey.
Paolino Capri x Orient Express La Minerva brings together two Italian icons united by a common vision and values: authentic hospitality, tradition, and experience as a memory to be shared.
A worldwide and long-standing symbol of the Caprese spirit, Paolino Capri brings to Rome the timeless atmosphere of its iconic lemon grove. At La Minerva Bar, located in the iconic lobby of Orient Express La Minerva, the signature yellow and green hues of the island and therestaurant take center stage, transforming the space, decorated for the occasion with evocative lemon trees.
Founded in the 1970s by the De Martino family and now led by the founders’ grandchildren Lino, Michela and Arianna, Paolino Capri continues to tell an authentic story rooted in tradition. Today, it remains a place devoted to conviviality, where cuisine and hospitality are genuine gestures expressed with natural elegance.
The result is a gastronomic experience that brings together the flavors, colors and atmosphere of the world’s most famous island, Capri, with those of the Eternal City, Rome.
The artistic ceramics featured in the mise en place at La Minerva Bar are the result of a shared vision between Lino di Paolino and renowned Capri-based artist and ceramist Sergio Rubino, evoking nature and the joyful Mediterranean aesthetic.
The menu celebrates Caprese and Campanian culinary traditions with iconic dishes from Paolino Capri’s cuisine, prepared in strict respect for original recipes and the highest-quality ingredients.

Starters include Paolino’s grilled mozzarella on lemon leaf and the iconic Bomba Paolino with fresh tomato sauce and basil. First courses range from Caprese ravioli with fresh cherry tomatoes or lemon to the timeless Paolino Mezzi Paccheri
“Chiummenzana”, and Lemon fettuccine with Sicilian red prawn carpaccio. Main courses feature great classics such as Old-style squid and potatoes, Lemon-marinated half chicken, and Grilledlamb ribs with Anacapri olive oil.
