Award-winning lifestyle brand, OKU Hotels is returning this summer with two exciting properties, OKU Bodrum which opens its doors in May, and OKU Andalusia which reopens for its first full summer in April. These new additions to the OKU’s existing locations in Ibiza and Kos take the brand’s boutique portfolio to four properties.
OKU BODRUM, TÜRKIYE

OPENING 1 MAY 2026
Set spectacularly along Bodrum peninsula’s northern coast, OKU Bodrum, opening on 1 May 2026, will be an adults only (16+) retreat within one of Europe’s most sought after destinations. Framed by Bodrum’s mountains on one side, and the glittering turquoise Aegean on the other, OKU Bodrum makes the most of its seafront location with breathtaking views from the moment guests step into the hotel. The hotel’s idyllic location offers direct access to a protected bay for swimming, and is perfectly positioned for exploring the peninsula by both land and sea. A private jetty provides boat access for ocean-faring experiences to quiet lagoons, nearby islands, or the region’s famous vibrant marinas with globally renowned restaurants and beach clubs.
The boutique hotel will offer just 58 rooms and suites, each one offering front-facing sea views, private balconies or terraces, and many with a private or shared pool. Hotel interiors reflect OKU’s signature boho-chic, minimalistic style, from earth-toned linens to beautiful natural materials, and contemporary lines. A collaboration with one of Turkey’s leading art curators, Begüm Güney, introduces a collection of unique artworks and sculptural installations across the hotel areas – each piece selected to echo the grounded and meditative quality of the space and connection to the land.
For dining, guests can enjoy a choice of three outlets, with a range of options including relaxed local fare and OKU’s much-loved fusion cuisine. OKU’s signature Nikkei-inspired restaurant, Teyo, will be in an open-air setting, reflecting both a tropical and Japanese garden. At the heart of the hotel, the poolside To Kima Restaurant will serve relaxed Mediterranean fare, with a fusion twist. And finally, The Round Bar will be perched on the cove-side jetty, serving a selection of meze snacks and crafted cocktails.
Beyond leisurely days spent poolside to DJ beats, paddle boarding from the jetty, or snorkelling in the bay, OKU Bodrum offers uniquely crafted experiences that reflect a deep respect for the land and its heritage. Ranging from garden-to-glass workshops – foraging in the hotel’s own herb gardens and the surrounding hills to create bespoke elixirs – to guided hiking excursions and visits to traditional artisanal weaving studios. After days of discovery, guests can retreat to the perfectly formed OKU Spa, offering wellness rituals of differing practices, and featuring a hammam, sauna, seaview fitness area, relaxation space, and openair seafront treatment cabanas.
OKU ANDALUSIA, SPAIN

REOPENING 17 APRIL 2026
OKU Andalusia showcases the brand’s signature beachside bohemian flair and minimalist ethos, blending local tradition with luxury and tranquility. Opening for its first full season on 17 April, the hotel will be launching an all new Beach Club, Alma, on the shores of the Costa del Sol, as well as an expansive Kids’ Club.
OKU’s new beach club, Alma, will bring together the spirit of Andalusia with bold Hispanic influences, offering a refined yet laidback dining experience beside the shoreline. Meaning ‘Soul’ in Spanish, the beach club is located within the hotel on the shores of the Costa del Sol with views across the Mediterranean to Africa. Hotel guests and locals can expect dishes from the sea and the earth, with a produce-led menu centred on fresh seafood grilled to order, complemented by crudo, caviar dishes and classics from the land such as padrón peppers and aged Galician beef. With an adjoining adults-only pool area where guests can enjoy DJ beats and a relaxed snack menu, Alma is the perfect blend of chilled-out vibes and elevated bites.
Come evening, destination dining is served in the form of Teyo, led by Executive Chef Mark Vaessen, OKU’s inventive Nikkei-inspired venue designed to captivate the senses in an inviting, buzzing setting. Additionally, guests can enjoy all-day Mediterranean cuisine poolside at To Kima, while The Terrace – the hotel’s central courtyard bar and restaurant – serves breakfast, all-day snacks and refreshments before offering an Italian-inspired menu in the evening. Complementing these is a new Bodega – a wine-focused bar and open-air piazza showcasing Spanish and local labels, paired with simple, deli-style plates such as jamón, tortilla and aged cheeses.
Respecting the Japanese philosophy of OKU itself, wellbeing and self-connection is at the heart of OKU Andalusia. A dedicated wellness concierge supports guests in tailoring programs to restore and revitalize, with a focus on longevity. The expansive 2,000m2 OKU Spa is a haven with an indoor pool, relaxation area, meditation courtyard, sauna, steam room, vitality showers, and movement spaces including an open air yoga shala within the wellness gardens and state-of-the-art fitness centre. While soul soothing treatment rooms play host to a curated selection of nourishing body treatments, results-led facials, energy practices and signature OKU rituals that combine ancient traditions with advanced science. Wellness extends beyond the spa itself, with a Sports Club – including tennis and padel, as well as a pitch for further disciplines – and a dedicated wellness menu at the pool focussed on nutritious and health-centered dishes.
OKU Andalusia also proudly introduces OKU Hotels’ family-friendly concept, marking the first hotel in the brand’s family collection. The new kids’ club for children up to 12 years old features a sprawling adventure playground comprising interconnected treehouses, a splash area, and programming that includes activities such as treasure hunts, local crafts, water play and discovery workshops. Teens can also connect with friends over watersports by day and beach bonfires by night, creating memories in this soulful, family-friendly retreat.
The 255 guest rooms are designed to reflect the relaxed, laidback spirit of OKU, with options including terraced suites with private pools, roof terrace rooms with panoramic ocean views and a private 4-bedroom villa perched next to the beach. Set in one of Spain’s most dynamic regions, OKU Andalusia offers far-reaching views, secluded beaches, world-class golf courses, picturesque hiking trails and access to charming nearby villages. A program of activities on the property includes Andalusian wine tasting, basket-weaving workshops and daily meditation practice; while guests looking to explore further afield will find untamed nature trails at nearby Los Alcornocales Nature Reserve, kitesurfing in Tarifa, golf and more along this Mediterranean coast.
