Luxury Escapes has unveiled a brand new premium guided tour of Taiwan for a series of departures in 2027, its first new Taiwan tour in six years, following a surge in demand from travelers keen to discover one of Asia’s most exciting emerging destinations.
Luxury Escapes booking data reveals booking orders for Taiwan have jumped 53 percent compared to the same time last year, prompting the luxury travel company to launch an all-new 13-day journey showcasing the island’s spectacular landscapes, vibrant cities and world-famous food scene.
The immersive itinerary travels the length of Taiwan, from the buzzing streets of Taipei and the tranquil waters of Sun Moon Lake to the dramatic east coast and historic southern cities of Tainan and Kaohsiung.
Highlights include a journey aboard the nostalgic Breezy Blue coastal sightseeing train from Kaohsiung to Taitung, visits to the famous Raohe Night Market, Nanmen Market, Kavalan Distillery, a traditional tea plantation, Anping Old Fort and Taipei’s renowned National Palace Museum.

The 13-day itinerary visits Taipei, Sun Moon Lake, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Taitung, Hualien City, Yilan & Taipei.
From the imperial treasures of the National Palace Museum to the lantern-lit energy of Raohe Night Market, guests will explore the island’s rich culture, extraordinary cuisine and spectacular natural beauty, visiting Taipei’s heritage districts, the tranquil shores of Sun Moon Lake, the dramatic cliff-lined east coast and the ancient mangrove forests of Tainan.
The itinerary includes lunch at Din Tai Fung’s iconic Taipei 101 flagship, authentic danzai noodles at the legendary Du Hsiao Yueh in Tainan, a traditional Taiwanese bento lunch aboard the Breezy Blue sightseeing train and a farewell feast at Taipei’s celebrated Brick Kiln Restaurant.
