Two of the world’s key names in providing luxury experiences have announced a joint venture. In February 2024, the legendary perfume house, Guerlain, will unveil an unprecedented luxury and chic spa on the vaunted grounds of Lausanne’s Hotel Beau-Rivage Palace.
It was in 1842 that Pierre-François Pascal Guerlain opened his perfume store on Paris’ Rue du Rivoli. 22 years later, the Hotel Beau-Rivage opened its glamorous doors Lake Geneva’s Ouchy Beach in Lausanne.
The 15,000-square-foot Guerlain Spa at the Beau-Rivage Palace will offer eight treatment rooms, including a double treatment suite, a relaxation room, yoga studio, hammams, ice caves and ice fountains, as well as a fitness room with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva. The Guerlain Spa is attached to the hotel’s heated indoor swimming pool that leads to the outdoor swimming pool, with its unique sandy Ouchy Beach.
The House of Guerlain, with its vaunted perfumes and beauty products, has brought its exquisite aesthetic to a mélange of luxury hotels such as the Breakers in Palm Beach, the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz, the Baie des Flammands in St. Barths, and the Waldorf Astorias in Amsterdam and Jerusalem.
The Beau-Rivage Palace Spa, completely refashioned in 2020 by architect Alexandre Pierart, is readying to welcome the House of Guerlain with its legendary treatments and sense of chic that underscores the well-being of the soul and the body.
