Whistler is set to bloom with well-being this spring with the return of the third annual Nourish Whistler Wellness Series, taking place May 31 to June 29, 2025. For five rejuvenating weekends, Nourish offers more than 60 thoughtfully curated experiences – double the offerings from last year – encompassing movement, mindfulness, culinary delights, workshops, and inspiring speaker series.

“Spring in the mountains naturally inspires renewal, and this year’s Nourish series provides the perfect opportunity for reset and reconnection,” says Bree Eagles, Manager of Events at Tourism Whistler. “We’re thrilled to share this year’s expanded series schedule, led by a world-class roster of over 20 wellness professionals, that invites guests to create their own Whistler wellness retreat.”

The cornerstone of Nourish 2025 is Signature Event – The Art of Wellness, held on the summer solstice, June 20-21, at the Audain Art Museum and includes:

  • The Art of Wellness Long Table Dinner – an intimate, dining experience, featuring a seasonal four-course menu with live music, an immersive garden installation, and a Director’s Tour of Edward Burtynsky’s Coastal Mountains at the Audain Art Museum.
The Art of Wellness Market showcasing a select group wellness and artisan vendors, entry to museum exhibitions, interactive activations, family programming and more for just $5 per day. Full details here.

Guiding attendees is a dynamic lineup of local and international talent including renowned yoga teacher, Seane Corn. Corn will lead five impactful sessions including Mystics on the Mat, MenoMagick: A Transformational Workshop, Chakra Flow and Revolution Within and more.
