Next comes open lasagna with osso buco, prepared with celery, browned shallots, carrot confit, cherry tomatoes, burrata and bone broth. The main course will be turbot fillet, flavoured with baby artichokes, morel mushrooms, peas, mussels, pickled red onions, and saffron sauce with vegetable broth. Valentine’s Day dinner will culminate on a sweet note with the special fresh pomegranate flower dessert made with white chocolate cream, cake, caramelised cookie pieces and pomegranate compote. If weather permits, the Hotel’s one-and-only rooftop terrace, A’YA Terrace will be a perfect spot to enjoy post-dinner drinks.
