Ultima Hotel Gstaad reopens for the winter season following extensive spa and wellness renovations

Introducing New Area General Manager and Innovative Wellness Concept with Seed to Skin Tuscany, Augustinus Bader, Workshop Gymnasium and Sporty & Rich

Ultima Hotel Gstaad reopened its doors on 29th November following extensive renovations to its state-of-the-art spa, and welcomes William Numa to the Ultima Collection team as Area General Manager, Gstaad, bringing a wealth of expertise from the luxury hospitality and haute gastronomy industries. The 2024 winter season sees the unveiling of a new wellness concept across the collection, offering guests premium science-led care from Augustinus Bader, alongside organic skincare treatments from Seed to Skin Tuscany. Exclusive to Ultima Hotel Gstaad, new brand partnerships include Workshop Gymnasium, providing personalized fitness regimes, and Sporty & Rich, featuring a curated collection of elevated leisurewear.

Spanning 3 interlinked timber chalets, the property boasts 11 suites and 6 private residences showcasing a blend of traditional Swiss architecture and modern design. Each suite, reminiscent of a private chalet and designed to make guests feel at home, features lavish marble en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, offices, spacious lounges, and modern technology. To refuel after the day’s adventures, guests will be able to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, Haute Brasserie, serving classic European dishes with a modern, elevated twist. For a more personalized dining experience, guests can opt to have a private chef curate a tailored menu within the privacy of their suite. The newly renovated spa, spanning over 800m2, boasts five treatment rooms, a 15-meter swimming pool, yoga studio, steam room, Finnish sauna, and both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis to soothe aching limbs post-ski after the day’s adventures. Little ones can also enjoy a range of treatments on offer from beauty treatments to playful yoga.
