Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico has unveiled a new menu of outdoor dining experiences for guests that overlook the renowned Puerto Vallarta sunset and Banderas Bay. The Instagram-worthy setups include curated menus, decor, music, and more. The menu of outdoor experiences for couples, families, and friends includes the following options:
- Garden & Beach Picnics: Guests can opt for a picnic within the tropical gardens surrounded by koi fish ponds and resident peacocks, or directly on the beach complete with beautiful ocean front views. Both options offer a bohemian chic atmosphere accompanied by a cheese board, paninis or wood-fired pizza, traditional desserts, and select wines.
- Teepee Dinner: Surrounded by dream catchers, candles and torches to set the mood, guests who book the Teepee Dinner will enjoy a four course dinner with wine. Menu highlights range from mozzarella stuffed chicken breasts with sun-dried tomatoes and Snook carpaccio with red onion, serrano chile and passion fruit to a surf and turf filet and shrimp combo, salmon served with a squash blossom sauce, and vegetarian enchiladas. The four-hour experience requires a minimum of 10 people to book and includes one bottle of wine per couple.
- Bonfire on the Beach Dinner: Ideal for groups or large families, the Bonfire on the Beach dinner includes a four-hour experience surrounded by palm trees and candles while around a bonfire dug into the sand. The dinner features a variety of hot and cold canapés, cake, and s’mores for the group. The group will also be treated to a full open bar with cocktails of their choice.
- Romantic Experiences: Custom experiences can also be arranged for romantic celebrations including marriage proposals and vow renewals. These romantic experiences include, but are not limited to, sunset dinner on the beach accompanied by a candlelit path, flowers, and live music.
