Wagyu’s menu features a select choice of prime Wagyu beef from the Australian award-winning region ‘Darling Downs’. A beech oven grill cooks in-house dry-aged steaks to delectable perfection, and further enhancing the sensory journey diners may choose their knife from a selection of five brands, Laguiole, Opinel, Anarchy, KAI Wasabi and Dalstrong Gladiator. Mouthwatering snow fish, fresh tuna tartare, delicious lobster bisque is also presented as well as a selection of tasty sides, sweet desserts and cheeses.
Designed by Nao Taniyama, his interiors are a blend of textures and soothing colours culminating in a mix of fundamental metals, seen around the beautiful bar area for example, in contrast with rich fabrics and Indian textured wall features offering an exuberant setting for dinner. The décor emanates a comfortable sumptuousness and sparkling sound quality is delivered by ‘Devialet Phantom’ music system adding to the sensual atmosphere. Martin Palleros designed the landscaping and a lush vertical garden wall is featured as a natural backdrop.
