This Fourth of July weekend, there are several reasons to celebrate at the newest Watersound Club hotel in Northwest Florida. In addition to the club’s biggest Independence Day celebration to date, Camp Creek Inn, the club’s 75-room boutique hotel, is celebrating its one-year anniversary, having welcomed its first guests in July 2023.
Family-friendly programming can be found at club amenities throughout the day on July 4, 2024, and are only accessible to Watersound Club members and Camp Creek Inn guests. At the Watersound Beach Club location, members and guests will be treated to live music, an inflatable waterslide, a photo booth and food specials throughout the day. At 2 p.m., the Folds of Honor Parachute Jump will take place as members of the Folds of Honor Parachute Team, in tandem with two club members, will land on the club’s private white-sand beach. Afterwards, live music from Andy Velo will fill the pool deck as the festivities continue throughout the day.
The celebration continues at the club’s newest amenities adjacent to Camp Creek Inn. For the second consecutive year, the driving range at Camp Creek Golf Course will feature food, live music and prime seating for an Independence Day fireworks show. Dubbed “the party band of the south,” The Swingin’ Medallions take the stage at 6 p.m. with their high-energy live show. A private fireworks show, accessible only to Watersound Club members and guests of Camp Creek Inn, begins at 9 p.m. to mark the end to a day celebrating family, friends and freedom.
