Great Basin National Park Astronomy Amphitheater

Nevada has some of the darkest skies in the world, and to capitalize on dark sky tourism and educate visitors about this precious resource, Great Basin National Park unveiled an astronomy amphitheater earlier this year. This 250-set, red-light outfitted space provides Rangers the opportunity to lead workshops about the night sky.  

100th anniversary of Lehman Caves

Lehman Caves is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2022 and has a full calendar of activities to commemorate the event. With over 300 shield formations, Lehman Caves is home to some of the rarest creatures on Earth, including the pseudoscorpion.

Edgewood Tahoe Expands, Offering Luxury Villas

Reservations are being accepted for the first luxury villas to open in summer 2022 at Edgewood Tahoe in South Lake Tahoe. Villa Suites range from two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and five plus-bedrooms.
