- 30 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 ml Angostura bitters

Instructions: In a shaker, combine Matusalem rum, grapefruit juice, cinnamon syrup, elderflower liqueur, and a dash of bitters. Shake well using a Hawthorne strainer to hold back ice. Fine strain the mixture into a martini glass using a mesh strainer for a smooth finish, free of pulp or shards.

Instructions: Create a clarified milk punch by combining juices, rum, and Grand Marnier. Add whole milk to initiate clarification, then strain the mixture to remove solids. Serve cold in an Old-Fashioned glass. Top with coconut foam and lemon zest for garnish.
