Aqua Nick™ Riviera Maya, part of Grupo Lomas, celebrated its fifth anniversary with a spectacular day of slime, music, and live entertainment, marking five years as one of the Mexican Caribbean’s premier family attractions.
Since opening on August 2, 2021, Aqua Nick™ Riviera Maya has become the largest Nickelodeon™-themed water park in Latin America and the only one of its kind in Mexico. Inspired by Nickelodeon’s most beloved shows, the park brings the brand’s colorful worlds to life through thrilling water attractions, immersive entertainment, and character experiences that invite children and parents to play, explore, and create lasting memories together.
The anniversary celebration featured live music, a poolside DJ, the park’s signature Anniversary Super Sliming, and a vibrant parade starring Nickelodeon’s most beloved characters.
Beyond the special festivities, families also enjoyed the experiences that have made Aqua Nick™ Riviera Maya a must-visit destination in the Mexican Caribbean. Spanning nearly six acres (2.42 hectares), the park combines 21 water slides, the iconic 59-foot Soak Summit Tower, Lazy River, Adventure River, Bikini Bottom Beach, PAW Patrol Adventure Bay, the Activity Pool, themed dining, and immersive Nickelodeon experiences that filled the day with imagination, laughter, and the brand’s unmistakable spirit.
