A ONE OF A KIND HOLIDAY GETAWAY AWAITS IN SAINT LUCIA

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority has you covered for the holidays! Enjoy the magic of this holiday season with any of these hotel offerings, including a few Saint Lucian traditions to celebrate Christmas Day.

Taking place on Saint Lucia’s National Day – December 13th, is the annual Festival of Lights! It’s a celebration of the island’s namesake, Saint Lucy of Syracuse (the Saint of Light). This event marks the official opening of the holidays with fireworks, lights, music, rum, and exceptional cuisine.

Bring in Christmas morning with a bang! A popular Saint Lucian tradition dating back years is known as “Jouvert.” Partygoers mix with locals to enjoy barbecued street food, spiced rums, and the local sounds well into early Christmas morning.

For visitors looking to make the Christmas extra memorable this year, then we have a few special holiday offerings & hotel packages for you!

Windjammer Landing

On Christmas morning, Santa will be arriving via a ‘secret vehicle.’ His path begins through the North Pointe Villas and down to the beach, where his elves will be distributing candy to all the nearby families.

Afterward, Santa and his elves will make their way to the lobby, where they will be giving out Christmas presents to kids/teens. There is a photo opportunity with Santa while children collect their gifts.

From Gingerbread decorating to singing Christmas carols karaoke-style, treasure hunts, and beach bonfires, Windjammer has a fun-filled Christmas experience waiting for you.
