Following the successful launch of chef Dorian Janmaat’s first solo venture that opened in St Ives earlier this summer, Ardor is delighted to announce it will be launching a Saturday Bottomless Brunch, available from 28 September onwards. The brunch offering will be available between 1200h and 1430h each Saturday, and will run alongside the existing menu and daily specials at Cornwall’s hottest new restaurant opening.
In keeping with Ardor’s Mediterranean style of cooking and approach to food, diners will be able to enjoy three tapas per person, with menu highlights including fried aubergine, honey and olive, spicy chorizo in cider, gigantes butter beans with feta, and ‘pollo al ajillo’ chicken in garlic, sure to tantalise the taste buds. To complement these small plates, a selection of thirst-quenching refreshments to choose from include sangria, cava, aperol spritz, Spanish lager or Ardor’s mocktail del día. End the brunch on a sweet spot with churros with chocolate sauce to share.
