BAL HARBOUR SHOPS HOSTS FOURTH ANNUAL COLLECTORS WEEKEND – November 2 & 3

Featuring the world’s premier watch brands, a curated exhibition of high-performance automobiles and coveted sneakers, the Vince Lombardi Trophy and Nascar Trophy and Special Celebrity Appearances

The fourth annual Bal Harbour Shops Collectors Weekend will take place Saturday, November 2nd and Sunday, November 3rd at Bal Harbour Shops, the most exclusive shopping destination in the nation and first all-luxury fashion center featuring high-end retailers. The weekend will combine a specially curated display of timepieces from leading watch brands and a must- attend car show with one-of-a-kind models. For the first time ever, the event will also feature a sneaker auction benefiting the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund, an exhibition of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Championship Trophy, and Vince Lombardy Trophy, as well as a special appearances by Alonzo Mourning, NBA Hall of Famer and NBA Champion for the Miami HEAT, Helio Castroneves, three-time Indianapolis 500 Champion, Scott Dixon, five-time NTT INDYCAR series Champion and Indy 500 Champion, and Dick Anderson, member of the 1972 undefeated Miami Dolphins, Super Bowl Champion.

Kicking off South Florida’s fall/winter season for collectors of high-end watches, automobiles and footwear, the weekend will showcase rare and limited-edition timepieces from brands such as Audemars Piguet, which will have their watchmaker in the boutique on both days, Chopard, Richard Mille, and Van Cleef & Arpels.

A luxe car show featuring more than 50 prized show cars and new exotic models including the Bugatti Hypercar Lineage with the 1995 Bugatti EB110GT, 2008 Bugatti Veyron and 2019 Bugatti Chiron will take center stage in the premium parking area. Additionally, Bal Harbour Shops will be hosting an inaugural coveted Collectible Sneaker Auction in which participating brands including Gucci, Prada and Valentino have donated a special, sought-after pair each – with a special highlight of a one-of-a-kind fully covered Swarovski pair of Nike Air Force 1s available only at Addict Bal Harbour. Twenty-four additional pairs of Nike Air Force 1s featuring Swarovski crystals along the “swoosh” in a color palette true to Miami will also be for sale at Addict Bal Harbour exclusively during Collectors Weekend. The Center Courtyard of Bal Harbour Shops will be transformed into “The Collectors Suite,” presented by Homestead Miami Speedway, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach and 57 Ocean Miami Beach, and will showcase rare displays of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Championship Trophy presented to the champion of Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) – Joey Logano, driver of the No. 22 Shell Pennzoil Ford in 2018 – as well as the Vince Lombardi Trophy in honor of the Dolphins’ 1972 perfect season and in anticipation of the record-breaking 11th Super Bowl to be hosted in South Florida on February 2nd, 2020 marking the 100th anniversary of the National Football League. The two-day event and exhibition will boast celeb appearances including Alonzo Mourning, NBA Hall of Famer and NBA Champion for the Miami HEAT, Helio Castroneves, three-time Indianapolis 500 Champion, Scott Dixon, five-time NTT INDYCAR series Champion and Indy 500 Champion, and Dick Anderson, strong safety for the Miami Dolphins for 10 years, including 2 Super Bowls, and a member of the 1972 undefeated team. Miami HEAT activations with the HEAT dancers and additional auction items including Homestead Miami Speedway Nascar championship tickets will also be featured throughout the weekend.
