Restaurants are preparing for already the third edition of Bonaire Culinair. This 15-day event starts on September 23rd and ends on October 7th and is the perfect opportunity to discover the wide variety of restaurants the island has to offer. New in this edition are lunchrooms and food trucks.
The participating restaurants, lunchrooms, and foodtrucks have created a menu for a set price. Restaurants offer a 3-course menu for $33. Lunchrooms offer a lunch menu for $22 and Foodtrucks a Special for $11. Bonaire Culinair is a great opportunity to enjoy unique food experiences all over the island.
Eric Gietman, owner of Cadushy Distillery and chairman of the Culinary Committee at BONHATA says: “Bonaire Culinair allows restaurants to show what they have to offer in an accessible way. Bonaire has so much to offer and is on its way to becoming a “Culinary Capital”. This means that visitors will not only come to the Island for water sports and leisure, but more and more choose for Bonaire because of its culinary diversity and quality. And for a more complete representation of the culinary landscape of the island, I can announce with great enthusiasm that Lunchrooms and Foodtrucks are now also participating.”
