Rather than building an entirely new ship, Celebrity Cruises is reimagining one of its most beloved vessels.
The refurbishment introduces 13 new guest experiences, including two dining concepts making their debut with the cruise line. Guests sailing aboard Celebrity Reflection will enjoy new venues designed for casual dining, social gatherings, and outdoor relaxation while maintaining the sophisticated atmosphere that has long defined the Celebrity brand.
The revitalized ship will begin sailing Caribbean itineraries from Fort Lauderdale in March 2027.
New Dining Concepts Debut at Sea
Food lovers will have even more to explore after the transformation.
Among the biggest additions is Trattoria Rossa, an Italian restaurant inspired by traditional regional cuisine and warm neighborhood trattorias. The venue promises handcrafted pasta, classic Italian flavors, and an inviting atmosphere that complements Celebrity’s existing culinary lineup.
Reflection will also welcome Fine Cut Steakhouse, the popular Edge Series specialty restaurant known for premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine list. Its arrival gives guests another upscale dining option that has become a favorite across the newer Celebrity fleet.
For more casual meals, two entirely new venues—Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol—will offer poolside favorites, including burgers, tacos, and relaxed al fresco dining, perfect for sunny Caribbean afternoons.

Celebrity Cruises will introduce Bora, its Mediterranean-inspired rooftop concept first unveiled aboard Celebrity Xcel. Designed as a stylish open-air gathering place, Bora provides guests with another venue to enjoy ocean views, cocktails, and relaxed socializing throughout the day and into the evening.
Suite guests staying in The Retreat will find upgraded amenities, including a redesigned Retreat Lounge and an enhanced Retreat Sundeck complete with an oversized hot tub and refreshed outdoor spaces.

The transformation extends beyond the headline attractions.
Popular venues including Café Al Bacio, Cellar Masters, the Martini Bar, World Class Bar, the Casino, Passport Bar, the Pool Bar, the Fitness Center, the Art Gallery, and Camp at Sea will all receive extensive refurbishments, creating a more contemporary look while preserving the ship’s familiar layout.
The goal is to refresh nearly every aspect of the onboard experience without losing the qualities that have made Celebrity Reflection a guest favorite since entering service.
