Monteverdi Tuscany announces its partnership with award-winning chefs Nancy Silverton (Osteria Mozza & Pizzeria Mozza) and Missy Robbins (Lilia & Misi)as part of the Chef in Residence program, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the beauty and flavors of Tuscany alongside some of the world’s best chefs.
The luxury boutique hotel set within a medieval hilltop village overlooking the Val d’Orcia will host the immersive five-night program with 30 total reservation spots from September 24-29, featuring chef-led dinners, intimate cooking demos, private epicurean excursions, and more.
Highlights of the program include –
- The residency will open with a welcome aperitivo alongside the chefs, followed by a multi-course dinner prepared by Monteverdi Executive Chef.
- Guests will accompany the chefs on private tours and excursions, like white truffle foraging and a visit to Mulino Val D’Orcia, a family-owned flour and grain mill, as well as Fattoria Piu, a family-owned sheep’s milk farm where guests will learn the art of cheese making.
- The itinerary also includes concerts, wine tastings, chef-led cooking demonstrations at Monteverdi’s Culinary Academy, and family-style meals scheduled throughout the program, all while guests can unwind and enjoy the stunning views from the hilltop property.
