Inviting guests for a festive wonder-filled stay within a canal side setting, the Giudecca island property will host a series of opulent offerings, from live music and Italian-style festive banquets to festive cookie-making workshops, winter cocktails and the hottest New Year’s Eve celebrations in the city.

Festive Feasting

Family-style feasting is at the heart of every Italian Christmas and Hilton Molino Stucky will uphold every element of this tradition, with an authentically Venetian take on festive dining.
The indulgence begins on Christmas Eve, where Bacaromi restaurant will offer a selection of festive dishes from 24th – 26th December 2024. Christmas Day lunch at Bacaromi restaurant will see guests dine on holiday flavours and Italian Christmas staples while the New Year’s buffet at Il Molino restaurant is the perfect informal and festive location, with options for even the fussiest of eaters.
For those who have tasted it all (until now!), a seven-course New Year’s Eve gala extravaganza with the finest Italian and French wine pairings at Aromi restaurant awaits, with dishes including langoustine raviolo, wild seabass wellington and wagyu beef sirloin.
Those with a sweet tooth can even take a slice of festive wonder home with them this year, with esteemed pastry chef Chiara Abate’s homemade panettone shop, where guests can sample and purchase the chef’s deliciously authentic take on the Italian Christmas staple.

There’s no better way to ring in the most wonderful time of the year than with a spot of live music and guests of Hilton Molino Stucky can expect a sensational line up this season.
Every Friday and Saturday evening in December including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Rialto Bar and Restaurant will host ‘Winter Notes’, a live piano bar session from 6-10 pm. Aperitivo in hand, guests will enjoy a charming and cosy atmosphere as they soak up the dulcet tones of the city’s finest pianists.
On New Year’s Eve, Skyline bar – Hilton Molino Stucky’s rooftop bar, the highest in all of Venice – will host the most exclusive event in town, the Skyline NYE Party. Featuring a DJ set and the best view in the city to watch the fireworks, guests can opt for a variety of table and drinks packages including everything from decadent Champagne to refreshing vodka and gin.
On the big night itself and throughout the festive season, Skyline’s talented team of mixologists will be whipping up a variety of cocktails featuring festive ingredients – just the thing for warming up under the sparkling skies above!
