D Maris Bay will welcome the 2024 season with a specially designed new dining concept this summer, inviting guests to embark on an unforgettable gastronomic journey with 1 Michelin Star & 1 Michelin Green Star Chef Maksut Aşkar. Designed as a new restaurant experience for dinner service, DIVIA by Maksut Aşkar will feature Aegean dishes prepared by the award-winning chef using local products from the region, inspired by the sea and nature. DIVIA will offer carefully crafted à la carte and tasting menus, including vegetarian options. This unique culinary experience will be accompanied by a special local wine menu and signature cocktails conceptualized in line with the region’s seasonal offerings.
Other culinary favorites include La Guérite, established in 1935 on the French Riviera, which presents D Maris Bay guests with distinctive Mediterranean tastes through its “Le Rêve” concept introduced last season, accompanied by a pleasant ambiance and music until late at night, while also offering unforgettable moments with its iconic happy hour entertainment during the day. Inspired by Greek cuisine, Manos continues to welcome guests seeking to experience Aegean culture with traditional taverna flavors and entertainment during the evening service. D Maris Bay’s other dining venues, Nusr-Et and Zuma, the award-winning Japanese concept of Rainer Becker that interprets modern Japanese cuisine in the Izakaya concept, are also gearing up to delight guests with exquisite flavors this summer.
Dior Pop-Up Experience and Luxury Shopping
D Maris Bay is teaming up with Dior this season to enhance the resort shopping experience. The luxury French label has specially designed experiences for the pool area and will also feature a pop up boutique crafted around the “Riviera” concept to be showcased through October 31st.
Within this exceptional setting, the creations are spotlighted in sunny decor, sublimated by the purity of soft, natural shades of beige, white, and cream, which contrast with the collection’s bright, shimmering palette. Specially designed bamboo furniture subtly punctuates the space, creating a warm, infinitely refined atmosphere. In the window displays, silhouettes dreamed up by Maria Grazia Chiuri stand alongside a majestic sun crowned with flowers, while, here and there, sculptures representing wild animals add an extra touch of magic to the terrace.
A joyful spirit glowing with irresistibly Dior Dolce Vita, which extends beyond the boutique, offers visitors a timeless interlude. Collaboration with LUX Tennis Returns
Due to popular demand, D Maris Bay will maintain its partnership with LUX Tennis from last year, inviting guests to enjoy a customized tennis experience during their stay. Collaborating with the most select hotels worldwide, LUX Tennis, with its foreign coaches serving at the Professional Tennis Players Association (ATP-WTA) level, prepares to offer personalized tennis lessons to D Maris Bay guests throughout the summer with programs specially designed for players of all levels and ages.
As part of the LUX Tennis partnership, D Maris Bay will welcome Swiss star player Timea Bacsinszky for the first time to give private/group tennis lessons suitable for different levels between August 12-25, while LUX Tennis Pro player Philippe Dupuy will meet tennis enthusiasts at D Maris Bay from June 15 to September 15.
