DUKES LONDON is delighted to announce that, Government regulations allowing, it plans to re-open for business on 17th May – with an incredible offer to welcome back loyal guests and first-timers alike, a revamped British-focussed menu at GBR (Great British Restaurant) and, for the first time ever, Afternoon Teas that can be booked in advance and enjoyed al fresco in the local parks.

An Edwardian country house in the heart of St James’, DUKES London is redolent of a time when artists and writers rubbed shoulders with royalty in fashionable St. James’. Its elegant rooms and suites with antique furnishings and the warmth and attention-to-detail of its service make for a wonderful city break right in the heart of the capital – minutes’ from Buckingham Palace, The Royal Academy, Fortnum & Mason, Hatchard’s, Green Park and the multiple attractions of the area.

Food & Drink at DUKES:

GBR (Great British Restaurant) proudly reopens with a renewed focus on dishes with British provenance, including a brand new selection of classic pies, which change daily and include Fish Pie, Shepherd’s Pie, Lancashire Hotpot, Steak & Kidney Pudding and Butternut Squash with spinach, cheese and walnuts. Other classic British dishes include Cullen Skink, River Fowey mussels, Blackbrow Pork  and more. GBR will be open Tuesday–Saturday (and every day for breakfast).o   DUKES Bar will open Monday–Saturday, only hotel guests are able to book for a spot to enjoy the world-renowned DUKES Martini and delicious canapes

The Drawing Room will be open every day for a range of its famous Afternoon Teas.  (Tues-Sat 1400-2000, Sun & Mon 1200-2100). For the first time ever, Afternoon Teas will be available to order in advance, for collection and enjoyment in the local parks

Picnics in the Park – from family to vegan, champagne to dog-friendly, DUKES’ indulgent Picnics will continue to be available on pre-order and collection to enjoy in the neighbouring parks
