In the evening, the atmosphere shifts as the softly lit space is complemented by candlelight, and the curated playlists take on a late-night soundtrack.
FIVE offers diners a contemporary take on Italian cuisine, with bold and vibrant flavours led by seasonal ingredients and designed for sharing. Highlights include the agnolotti with potatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano in a lemon-butter and sage sauce, and the cheeseburger, served on a milk bun with rémoulade and the classic steak and fries with peppercorn sauce. Complementing the cuisine is the cocktail program, where guests can enjoy both classic favourites like the Negroni and Aperol Spritz, as well as signature creations such as The Tiramisù, White Lotus, and Mazcalita Sumak.
