With a planned opening on 01 May 2021, The SoCo House, Saint Lucia, will be the second property for the group, increasing room capacity from 24 to 100 rooms in total, as it begins executing a plan to expand across the Caribbean.

The SoCo House provides 76 spacious rooms across a choice of four distinct categories that highlight the properties south beach flare. - SoCo Junior Suite (376 sq. ft): The 16 Junior Suites offer guests stunning views over Rodney Bay from a balcony with enclosed seating area.
- SoCo Courtyard (376 sq. ft): These 20 Courtyard rooms offer a pool view and are situated on the ground floor, allowing guests to walk directly out onto the pool and sun terrace.
- SoCo Suite (495 sq. ft): These eight exclusive Suites are situated on the second floor of the hotel and offer a private sundeck with loungers and a balcony with enclosed seated area
