Nikki Beach Saint Barth has undergone a thoughtful beautification, bringing a fresh, refined look to the beloved venue. The refresh includes a newly designed bar area, offering an inviting space to relax and enjoy a hand-crafted cocktail from the new menu. Highlights include the “Hamachi Crudo” with pickled onions and passion fruit-coriander sauce, the “Lobster Linguini” with succulent lobster and bisque sauce, and the “Exotic Rum Baba,” a delightful rum sponge biscuit topped with white chocolate cream and fresh fruits. The DJ booth, now repositioned, promises to deliver a more immersive sound experience, setting the perfect tone all day. Additionally, the expanded Nikki Beach resort wear boutique presents an even wider selection of luxury fashion and beach essentials.

This collaboration showcases the artistry of French cuisine, highlighting fresh, local ingredients and creative flair. Guests can anticipate an exquisite selection, including tender barbecue beef ribs with a hint of Espelette pepper, complemented by shareable starters like vibrant Tarama and a playful Caesar salad. For dessert, a refreshing strawberry tart infused with basil and pesto promises a delightful finale to this unmissable culinary experience.
- November 28 – Thanksgiving Lunch – This Thanksgiving, guests can indulge in specials of the day that feature a coastal twist on holiday classics, infused with Nikki Beach’s signature touch.
- December 25 – Christmas Lunch – Nikki Beach Saint Barth is hosting a Christmas celebration featuring a festive feast created by Executive Chef Antoine Durand. Guests can enjoy holiday specials in a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for creating memorable holiday moments.
- December 31 – New Year’s Eve – The legendary New Year’s Eve celebration at Nikki Beach will unfold in a dazzling fun fair atmosphere in collaboration with Champagne Barons de Rothschild and a special guest DJ performer (to be announced soon).
