New culinary concept
Il Basilico restaurant is now also in Lisbon! Here you will be able to taste comforting Italian cuisine, and the menu is now in line with the work done at the PortoBay Gastronomic Academy. Created this February and directed by Chef Benoît Sinthon (Il Gallo d’Oro. Madeira. 2 Michelin stars), this internal training facility focuses on attention to detail and the gastronomic experience offered in the Group’s hotels. Under this project, the Il Basilico concept has been extended to hotels in mainland Portugal.
