The Prince Akatoki offers food inspired by local and international cuisines at in-house restaurant TOKii. Fine fusion blends the best of home-grown, local ingredients with authentic Japanese flavors such as Caramelised black cod with miso, sweetcorn fried rice and vegetarian dishes such as Robata grilled aubergine with chilli, spring onion and ginger miso. Experimental guests can look forward to Lobster croquettes with mango and yuzu salsa or Teriyaki duck breast with confit leg spring role, orange, pomegranate and hazelnuts. Breakfast or brunch is a bubbling affair with the choice of traditional English dishes or very traditional Japanese dishes such as a Tamago omelette with miso soup, rice and grilled salmon, all washed down with delicious sparkling sake.
