
Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is delighted to announce an exciting new culinary chapter with the upcoming launch of three exceptional dining concepts from world class restaurant groups. In May 2025, Azumi Restaurants – the group behind renowned brands such as Zuma and ETARU – will introduce ROKA along with a brand new concept, ROKA by the Beach. The hotly anticipated openings will be followed by the arrival of Gigi Rigolatto by Paris Society, debuting as a seasonal pop-up in June 2025.
Renowned for its culinary excellence and unparalleled hospitality, Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum will expand its gastronomic portfolio with the three new dining and drinking concepts. ROKA and Gigi will add to the carefully curated selection of existing restaurants and bars which include Hakkasan, Lucca Beach, Sofra and Ferdi Baba, bringing the total number of food and beverage outlets to 14, making it one of the most compelling hospitality driven hotels in the region.
‘ROKA’ will offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience, featuring an open-air restaurant with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, serving its signature Japanese Robatayaki cuisine, including exquisite sushi and sashimi platters, complemented by meticulously crafted cocktails. Open from 6.30pm-11.30pm, many of the dishes will be prepared on an open-air robata grill in the heart of the restaurant, blending the natural beauty of the coast with the artistry of Japanese cuisine for an exceptional dining experience.
Located on the luxury resort’s private beach overlooking the turquoise water, ‘ROKA by the Beach’ will be open daily from 12pm – 5.30pm for both residents and non residents, serving a lighter offering of the globally celebrated ROKA menu. With an accompanying cocktail menu and wine list featuring ROKA classics, ROKA by the Beach will be the ideal setting for beachfront dining in the sunshine.
The arrival of Gigi Rigolatto in Bodrum will follow openings in Paris, St. Tropez and Dubai, celebrating the joy and opulence of Italian hospitality. Known for its signature blend of Italian flair and effortless elegance, Gigi will promise to bring the art of la vita alla grande – the art of living life to the fullest – to the Turkish Riviera at the luxury beachfront resort, with plans for a permanent home in 2026.
The 140-seat dining terrace will invite guests to enjoy long sun-drenched lunches, signature Bellinis at sunset, and unforgettable evenings by the sea. The bespoke menu will celebrate the richness of Italian gastronomy, from Tuscany to Puglia, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. At the heart of the Gigi experience sits the iconic Bellini Bar, where the classic bellini cocktail expertly crafted cocktails meet will take centre stage.
Gigi Bodrum is more than just a restaurant – it’s a celebration of Italian style and joie de vivre.
