Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is set to launch a breathtaking, fully-immersive light and sound show at Ayers Rock Resort in May, the likes of which have not been seen before, combining ancient Anangu storytelling with state-of-the-art, drone and laser light technology.

Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, is one of Australia’s most iconic natural landmarks. Located in central Australia about 450 kilometers south-west of Alice Springs, the majestic sandstone monolith stands 348 meters tall and measures nearly 9 km in circumference. It’s believed to have been formed by sedimentary deposits around 500 million years ago, and is now an important cultural site for the local Anangu people who believe it to be a sacred symbol of their identity. Its unique red hue has made it a popular tourist destination, drawing thousands of visitors each year. A trip to this awe-inspiring site will forever remain etched in your memory – you’ll be simply blown away by its sheer size and grandeur!
