This summer, Sani Resort’s annual haute cuisine event, Sani Gourmet, will take place in July and August, with its new ‘Savour the Stars’ theme and paying homage to international dishes. Running alongside Sani Festival for the first time ever, Sani Gourmet has been hotly anticipated by the global culinary eye and Sani Resort is delighted to announce its lineup. Sani Resort’s dining offering is exceptional, with 27 restaurants and bars, each offering guests incredible menus for a unique and special culinary experience.
The resort is welcoming five world-renowned Michelin starred chefs to create a gastronomic dining experience at Elia and Water restaurant. Each chef will take over the kitchens and curate mouth-watering menus inspired by their signature dishes. Each menu will be presented at a dinner event and showcase the chef’s expertise and culinary mastery. Each will also be paired with fine Greek and international wines expertly selected by Sani’s expert sommeliers.
Michelin starred chefs heading to Sani Resort include:
- 7th July – One Michelin starred chef Akira Back will be serving modern Japanese cuisine at Elia restaurant.
- 22nd July – Six Michelin starred chef Hélène Darroze delights in creating innovative French cuisine with ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. Darroze’s event will take place at Elia restaurant.
- 29th July – 3 Michelin starred chef Christian Le Squer will also be bringing French cuisine to Sani Resort, but in a more traditional sense, combining typical dishes from France with contemporary twists. Le Squer’s event will take place at Elia restaurant.
- 5th August – Two Michelin starred chef Stephanie Le Quellec will be serving sophisticated Southern French cuisine at the event at Water restaurant.
- 12th August – Two Michelin starred chef Javier Torres will host a dinner at Elia restaurant, showcasing the very best of Spanish cuisine.
