Barbados Expands its All-Inclusive Offerings in 2021

On May 18, 2021 The House and on June 10, 2021 Treasure Beach, two of the Elegant Hotels’ Barbados will re-open as adults-only, all-inclusive resorts as part of the All-Inclusive by Marriott portfolio. Six of the now seven Elegant Hotels’ Barbados properties will now account for over 500 rooms of All Inclusive inventory on the island, with four of the All-Inclusive resorts located on the Platinum Coast. The expansion of Barbados’ all-inclusive accommodation offerings serves to provide fulsome culinary, romantic, wellness and cultural experiences for visitors to Barbados’ legendary west coast.

The House, which re-opened on May 18,is a spacious and luxurious hideaway consisting of 34 rooms and suites with minimalist décor and vast outdoor space. The property, which is frequented by honeymooners and celebrities, gives guests the experience of an elegant, private beach house. All-inclusive offerings at this property include champagne breakfast, lunch, all day dining options, afternoon tea and dinner along with all Premium beverages, cocktails and Premium select wine by the glass. Guests will also be extended the service of the signature Dine Around Program, where guests can experience other Elegant Hotel restaurants via water taxi during the day or land taxi in the evening.

To make special occasions extra special, the property will offer a dedicated Romance Concierge to create custom experiences, such as sunset dinner on the beach or curating perfect proposal. All visitors to the resort can experience the variety of activities, from the unwinding ‘jet lag’ massage to water skiing, tube rides, snorkeling, cultural and historical island tours and more.  

Treasure Beach, renowned for its artistic and cultural flair, consists of 35 one-bedroom suites, most with private plunge pools. The all-inclusive offerings at Treasure Beach includes all day a la carte dining helmed by award-winning chef, Javon Cummins, including an interactive Chef’s Table experience, premium drinks, cocktails and wine by the glass. Guests can take part in pastry-making, food-styling and cocktail making workshops and wine tasting and pairing sessions as hosted by the resort’s sommelier in the dedicated Wine Cellar. Treasure Beach will also host weekly Treasure Art Crawls, where guests can explore the island’s museums and art galleries to put local artists at the heart of visitors’ experience. Easels and canvas art materials will be available for guests with a hankering to desire to create their own masterpiece as well.
